ADNOC delivers first LNG cargo under RWE agreement

DUBAI - Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has delivered the first shipment of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Germany under a deal with power utility RWE , the UAE company said on Wednesday.

A shipment of 137,000 cubic metres of LNG arrived at the Elbehafen floating LNG terminal at Brunsbuettel, an ADNOC statement said.

Europe has been scrambling to replace Russian gas since the start of the war in Ukraine.
