Putin greets UAE President in Moscow

MOSCOW - Russian President Vladimir Putin opened talks in Moscow on Thursday with the president of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and said it was important for the two of them to discuss regional security.
