Turkish FM says Turkey wants a new Syria that lives in harmony with its neighbours and Ankara is ready to help its southern neighbour achieve this.

ANKARA - Turkey will work for the Syrian migrants it hosts to return home safely and the reconstruction of Syria after President Bashar al-Assad's ouster by the rebels, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said on Monday.

Fidan told Turkish ambassadors that Turkey wants a new Syria that lives in harmony with its neighbours and Ankara is ready to help its southern neighbour achieve this, adding Ankara would stand with Syrians in this "new page" in Damascus.
