Qatar's met with Russian President in Astana
DUBAI - Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani said that Qatar has strong and historic relations with Russia, Al Jazeera reported on Thursday.
The Emir met with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday on the sidelines of the 6th summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-building Measures in Asia (CICA), in Astana, Kazakhstan.
